Only local flights are included, therefore international flights are not. Please email planmytrip@nimetosha.com if you need assistance booking international flights. We suggest comparing prices at sites such as kayak.com or skyscanner, then booking directly on the airline website.

For private trips, you may travel whenever you choose. You may change your travel dates at any time until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After booking confirmation, changes will incur a fee.

No! Our trips are available and open to people of all nationalities, unless stated otherwise.

All prices are per person, and double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler or a friend of your choice. If you are a solo traveler, there is sometimes an additional cost for a single room, which varies based on the location.

• Cancellation fees for hotels, Airbnb’s, and flights will vary depending on the policies of each entity.
• We strongly suggest considering trip cancellation insurance.
• Between 30 – 60 days prior to date, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• 30 days or less prior to date, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
• There is a 2% late fee charge per day for unpaid invoices.

• We strongly suggest considering trip cancellation insurance.

• True to our mission, our trips are meant to be accessible to all, and with that in mind, we want to make them affordable for you. We provide flexible payment schedules, which allow you to pay in installments monthly.

  • If utilizing the payment plan, after making the deposit, the payment plan will be divided based on the number of months leading up to the trip.
