Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Nimetosha. These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of travel services arranged through our website and services.
By making a booking with Nimetosha, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Nimetosha
Nimetosha Travel Advisors provides travel planning, tour and travel arrangement services, including accommodation, transportation, activities, excursions and other travel-related services.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Nimetosha acts as an organiser and/or intermediary in arranging services provided by third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, activity providers and other travel operators.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking request submitted through our website is not considered confirmed until:
- Nimetosha has accepted the booking; and
- The required payment or deposit has been successfully received.
Where a deposit is required, payment of the deposit confirms your intention to proceed with the booking and secures the booking subject to these Terms & Conditions and availability of the requested services.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in the currency displayed on the relevant trip or booking page.
Prices may include only the services specifically stated in the itinerary or booking details. Items not expressly included may be charged separately.
These may include, where applicable:
- International or domestic flights
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses
- Tips and gratuities
- Meals not specified in the itinerary
- Optional activities
- Airport transfers not included in the package
- Any government taxes, levies or fees introduced after booking
4. Deposits and Partial Payments
Certain trips require a deposit to confirm a booking.
Where applicable, the required deposit will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
For example, where a USD 500 deposit per traveller is specified, each traveller must pay the applicable deposit for the booking to be confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.
Payment of a deposit does not waive the requirement to pay the remaining balance by the applicable due date.
5. Balance Payments
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.
Where a booking is made through a partial-payment arrangement, the amount remaining will be clearly communicated to you.
Failure to pay the balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of amounts already paid, subject to the applicable cancellation terms and supplier conditions.
Where applicable, Nimetosha may send payment reminders before the balance due date.
6. Payment Methods
Payments may be made using the payment methods displayed during checkout or communicated by Nimetosha.
Online card payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Nimetosha does not store your complete payment-card details.
Additional payment processing fees, where applicable, will be communicated before payment.
7. Cancellation by the Traveller
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Nimetosha in writing by email.
The amount refundable, if any, will depend on:
- How far in advance the cancellation is made;
- The cancellation terms applicable to the specific trip;
- The policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators and other suppliers involved; and
- Any non-refundable payments already made on your behalf.
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, deposits are non-refundable.
Certain services may be fully non-refundable once booked.
Where a supplier charges a cancellation fee, that fee may be passed on to the traveller.
8. Cancellation by Nimetosha or Suppliers
Nimetosha reserves the right to cancel or modify a trip where circumstances make it necessary or where the trip cannot operate as planned.
This may include circumstances such as:
- Insufficient bookings for a scheduled group departure;
- Supplier cancellation;
- Government restrictions;
- Security concerns;
- Natural disasters;
- Severe weather;
- Political or civil disturbances;
- Strikes or industrial action;
- Public health emergencies;
- Changes to transport schedules; or
- Other circumstances beyond Nimetosha’s reasonable control.
Where Nimetosha cancels a trip, we will communicate the available options to affected travellers.
Refunds, credits or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with the specific booking terms and applicable supplier policies.
9. Changes to Your Booking
Requests to change a confirmed booking should be made as early as possible.
Changes may include:
- Travel dates;
- Accommodation;
- Number of travellers;
- Room type;
- Activities;
- Transportation; or
- Other itinerary components.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Any supplier change or cancellation fees will be communicated to the traveller where applicable.
10. Itinerary Changes
Travel itineraries may occasionally need to be adjusted because of operational, weather, safety, logistical or other circumstances.
Nimetosha will make reasonable efforts to maintain the itinerary described at the time of booking.
However, specific accommodation, transport providers, activities, routes or timings may be changed where reasonably necessary, provided that we endeavour to maintain the overall nature and value of the trip.
Where a significant change is required, Nimetosha will communicate the change to affected travellers.
11. Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability and will be provided according to the category and room arrangement stated in the booking.
Room types and specific room allocations are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be determined by the accommodation provider.
Special requests, including adjoining rooms, specific room locations, beds or views, are requests only and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

This includes, where applicable:
- Full names;
- Passport details;
- Nationality;

Nimetosha is not responsible for costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the traveller.
13. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, permits and other travel documents required for their journey.
Visa and entry requirements vary depending on nationality, destination and transit points.
Travellers should confirm applicable requirements with the relevant embassy, immigration authority or other official source before travelling.
Nimetosha may provide general guidance but cannot guarantee that a visa or entry permission will be granted.
14. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance before travelling.
Travel insurance should ideally cover, where applicable:
- Medical expenses;
- Emergency evacuation;
- Trip cancellation;
- Trip interruption;
- Lost or delayed baggage;

- Other risks associated with the trip.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included in the trip price.
15. Health and Medical Requirements
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in their chosen trip.
Travellers should seek appropriate medical advice regarding vaccinations, medication, travel health requirements and any health considerations relevant to their destination.
Travellers must inform Nimetosha of any relevant special requirements that may affect the provision of travel services.
16. Activities and Adventure Travel
Certain trips may involve activities such as wildlife safaris, hiking, water activities, road travel or other activities involving inherent risks.
Travellers are expected to follow reasonable instructions provided by guides, drivers, accommodation providers and activity operators.
Nimetosha reserves the right to refuse participation in an activity where a traveller’s conduct, health or circumstances present a reasonable safety concern.
17. Personal Belongings
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, valuables, documents and electronic devices throughout the trip.
Nimetosha is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Travellers should use hotel safes and other appropriate security measures where available.
18. Third-Party Suppliers
Many travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Nimetosha will take reasonable care when selecting and working with suppliers but does not control their day-to-day operations.
Supplier terms and conditions may also apply to your booking.
Where a third-party supplier is responsible for a particular service, any claims relating specifically to that service may also be subject to the supplier’s own terms.
19. Our Liability
Nimetosha will use reasonable care and skill in providing and arranging the travel services described in your booking.
However, Nimetosha cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for losses arising from the acts, omissions, delays or failures of independent third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
20. Force Majeure
Nimetosha shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, border closures, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, technical failures or other extraordinary events.
21. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your trip, please notify Nimetosha or the relevant service provider as soon as reasonably possible.
Prompt notification gives us the best opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue while you are travelling.
Any formal complaint should be submitted to:
Email: info@nimetosha.com
We will review complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
22. Privacy
Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
